Why would say those words yesterday only to throw those same words out with the trash today

Your actions mattered more
I can’t stand when people don’t pay attention to their words
Your words matter. Without your words you don’t matter
Why would you ever say that shit and not mean it
You ripped me heart out when you didn’t mean it
How do I trust anyone when the one who supposedly loves me says what you said
Did I not back my words with actions
Did I ever lie to you
Did I not love you with my words and actions
