If you are not following me on Social media you probably don’t know that on November 17 & 18 I inherited two very malnourished jungle dogs. Saucy arrived on the 17th out of the jungle and then Pepper showed up on the 18th. Both were severely malnourished but are looking much better only a week later.
There names are inspired by my new roommate Andy Wilson who has decided to stay in Belize and start a hot sauce company. Andy first stopped by in May on his dirt bike he rode from Canada. He had to return to Canada for a bit and just returned to Belize on November 8th. His plan was to keep riding south. But when he seen my new empty greenhouse he decided he had to stay.
