I have a long history with Bob. Bob was my landlord when I owned and ran The Reptile Store in Hamilton ON between 1999 and 2002. And then years later they moved to Vancouver. When I completed my first bike ride in 2011 in Vancouver they were the only people I knew. For the 8 months I was in Vancouver I remember being with them most Sunday nights for dinner.
I actually stayed with the Dynes for the last 7 days as I had a few complications securing some kind of accident insurance entering the US. This leg of the adventure would have a really challenging without there help. As with all my hosts I am in a huge debt of gratitude to everyone. Bob and Diane had the honor to be my final and 55th host crossing our huge country of Canada. I was so happy it was them.
