Russ lives a little south east of Minden Ontario and reached out to me the day I announced that I was back on the road. Thanks to Russ I was able to a shower, a hot meal and a laundry done.
Arriving at Russ’s home was amazing as it helped validate my decision to head north. Russ was unable to stick around too long due to existing obligations. Russ’s son Owen and his girlfriend took great care of me.

Keep me posted. I have a very nice patch of land that’s great for camping, if that’s your preference. Otherwise, you’re welcome to a bed. I am a bit outside town, but I am glad to give you a lift if you like.
