Kane has been following my ride from way back and is a fellow cycle tourer. He has biked to Japan, Korea, and across Canada. Kane and I got along very well, had many, many conversations about life and philosophy, and ended up going down many rabbit holes. Kane would be my 54th host and my host at my cross-Canada completion on October 17 at the Terry Fox Memorial at Mile 0 of the TransCanada Highway.
